Mr. Rajat Mittal, Chief Executive Officer & Head of Corporate Banking – Mr. Rajat Mittal, an avid banker is qualified Masters in Business Administrations (MBA) from globally prestigious London Business School, London and a qualified Chartered Accountant, trained at a big 4 audit firm. He is an accomplished finance professional with diversified experience in banking and financial services. He has diverse experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business restructuring, Business Process reengineering and Investor Relations. He is highly skilled in the fields of Liquidity Management, Balance Sheet and P&L management, Risk management, system implementations and Financial Controls. He has proven track record of achieving high standards of governance and transparency.
Mr. Sundeep Bansal, Chief Financial Officer & Head of Risk Management – Mr. Sundeep Bansal is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has extensive experience in managing the financial positions of corporates and in banking and financial services. During his career he has managed Private Equity deals, transformation of finance organizations, apart from System implementations and controls. He is highly skilled in the fields of Liquidity Management, Balance Sheet and P&L management, Risk management. He has proven track record of achieving high standards of governance and transparency.
Mr. Prabal Chatterjee, Business Operations Manager – Prabal Chatterjee is a qualified professional with extensive experience in the field of Operations and Support. He has worked in international organisation in the areas of operations and IT support. He has an excellent track record of product control, change management and business process implementations.
Mr. Kanakendu Banerjee, Director General – Kanakendu Banerjee is a Law Graduate and qualified as Masters in Management from a reputed Management Institute in India. He is a result-oriented Professional Banker with a track record of over 25 years in diverse roles distinguished by commended performance and proven results across Corporate & Investment Banking, Private & Retail Banking, Operations and Treasury Products. He is qualitatively experienced in conducting Credit Risk Management, skilled client-centric delivery, Portfolio Management, proficient audit handling and internal control and competent management of banking operations in leading Banks like State Bank of India, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Successfully managed overall Operations and Business Development functions for 10 branches for a leading Bank in Lagos, Nigeria.
