Ms. Pearl Moraes, is young talented individual who has proven her leadership skills as part of the Management Team of Fabtech Group. She is instrumental in changing the face of Fabtech Group by constructing the new premises for the Group at his Head office in Jebel Ali, Dubai. She takes care of the corporate image of the group along with the Corporate Communications, both internal and external for the group. She effectively manages the Organisation part of the group and is in charge of all the facilities across the Group.
Ms. Shalmali is a self-motivated and active member of the Management team of Fabtech Group. She is a strong sponsor of change and avid believer of adopting new technologies in the working environment. Her training as Mechanical Engineer equips her with robust analytical skills that support effective decision making in a vibrant environment of financial services. She also holds Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College of London Business School, a premier university in United Kingdom, which has further developed her dynamic personality and strongly enhanced her understanding of the subtleties of business. She will be responsible for the Product Control and Marketing functions in Commercial Bank of Djibouti since both these functions require creativity and a sound understanding of the business environment in order to package the new offerings of CBD in a manner that not only appeals to the customers but also supports the financial objectives of the organisation.
Mr. Rajat Mittal, an avid banker is qualified Masters in Business Administrations (MBA) from globally prestigious London Business School, London and a qualified Chartered Accountant, trained at a big 4 audit firm. He is an accomplished finance professional with diversified experience in banking and financial services. He has diverse experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business restructuring, Business Process reengineering and Investor Relations. He is highly skilled in the fields of Liquidity Management, Balance Sheet and P&L management, Risk management, system implementations and Financial Controls. He has proven track record of achieving high standards of governance and transparency.
